Sponsorship Opportunities

Without our sponsors the RSE Conference just wouldn’t happen. All of our supporters make this event the success it is whether it’s supporting a social event or a bursary scheme and we’re very grateful for all the support the RSE Community receives and has received for the last ten years. 

We love to welcome back previous sponsors and introduce new sponsors to the RSE Community so if you would like to partner with us, have a look through the packages and please get in touch with the Sponsorship Chair, Claire Wyatt, [email protected] 

We’re looking for a Cloud and Notebook sponsor so do get in touch with Claire if that’s something that you’d like to provide to the community.  

In addition to the packages below, we can also offer a smaller package for £500 which would include: your logo on the programme app and conference website, a mention on the Society twitter account and conference channel on RSE slack. 

In an effort to save the planet, we’re not providing a delegate conference bag, however there will be an opportunity for delegates to buy t-shirts and other conference merch from an online store ahead of the conference. By having an online store, we hope that delegates will only buy exactly what they need or want which should reduce waste. Of course, sponsors are free to have giveaways on their stand. 

As with our last in-person conference in 2019, we have split the available packages into Platinum (now taken!), Gold, Silver and Bronze. Packages will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis, and Sponsors are able to apply for more than one package should they wish to.
