There are three packages available at this level, each at £15,000.

Gold A

If you choose this package, you will be:

  • Hosting of the conference informal dinner which will take place at the ‘By the River Brew’. A hip dining experience created from repurposed shipping containers creating a street food market situated underneath the iconic Tyne Bridge right on the river for 350 delegates. 
  • Co-hosting the invitation-only RSE Leaders dinner. This private dinner gathers 100 group leaders who are the decision makers for RSE Groups throughout the UK together. Leaders from other countries may also be invited depending on travel restrictions.  (Includes two places for the sponsor). 

Product Exploration

  • Providing a half-day workshop to provide new skills and training to delegates OR
  • Providing a talk session in a theme of your choice included in the programme.

Exhibition & Passes

  • Choosing your exhibit location in our main sponsor area for the duration of the 3 days (includes Trestle table with linen, 2 chairs, electrics, poster board(s). Any AV on the stand may be at additional cost).  
  • Receiving 4 free full conference passes to be used for sponsor staff or invited guests of your choice includes entry to the formal and informal dinners. 

And of course you will receive our Appreciation Shout Outs:

  • Presentation slide displayed before the keynote talks (of your choice)
  • Mention from the Society twitter account and conference channel on RSE slack

Gold B

If you choose this package, you will be:

  • Hosting of our ’Welcome to Newcastle’ dinner at the iconic Palace of Arts. Also known as the Wylam Brewery, this recently renovated property is a micro brewery that resides in Exhibition Park. The welcome dinner will take place the night before the conference opens, bringing delegates together for some street food and beer. Includes two places for sponsor staff.  
  • Co-hosting the invitation-only RSE Leaders dinner. This private dinner gathers 100 group leaders who are the decision makers for RSE Groups throughout the UK together. Leaders from other countries may also be invited depending on travel restrictions.  (Includes two places for the sponsor).

  • Gifting our community with the rare treat of an after-dinner speaker at the formal conference dinner hosted at the Newcastle Civic Centre. Giving this treat includes introducing the speaker to the stage if you wish.
