There are two Bronze packages available at £5,000 per package. If you choose a Bronze package, you will be:

Exhibition & Passes

  • Choosing your exhibit location in our main sponsor area for the duration of the 3 days (includes Trestle table with linen, 2 chairs, electrics, poster board(s).
  • Receiving 1 free full conference passes to be used for sponsor staff or invited guests of your choice includes entry to the formal and informal dinners. 

And of course you will receive our Appreciation Shout Outs:

  • Presentation slide displayed before the keynote talks (of your choice)
  • Mention from the Society twitter account and conference channel on RSE slack
  • Inclusion of logo on the:
    1. Programme app 
    2. Conference website including ‘about us’ text
